Packing Day Again
After a month here in Flagler Beach, it is time to get the RV in travel mode again so, will spend most of the day getting things placed back in their positions -- won't know until tomorrow morning where Tiger and Molly will decide to snuggle in for the ride.
Spent part of the day yesterday vacuuming and cleaning the floors and furniture -- remaining dirty dishes will be on the list for today since I cooked a late fish dinner last night (after 8:30) after fishing for a couple hours with Dick (the other guy from Colorado). Had fun again catching 7 more blues but, only one made the bucket (legal size) and a few got off the hook before I could beach them. Dick caught another large quantity of whiting (no minimum size or quantity) and gave me the one legal-size blue he had caught -- so, I need to clean those two blues this morning also (iced them down in a bucket last night).
I spent part of yesterday walking the beach looking at the beautiful waters and trying to get pictures of the rather gawky Pelicans occasionally seen on the beach with the seagulls and terns. Took a few shots of the only one I could find and had taken a couple other shots of ocean and birds -- accidentally erased with some "movie shots" I hadn't intended to take (got distracted by some stumbling woman walking the beach and surf who almost fell into my camera-view). No she wasn't in a bikini or good looking.

I had hoped to get some shots of the Pelicans in their more graceful flying mode as they seem to mimic surfers trying to get in the "pipeline" of the waves -- their wingtips seem to amost playfully tease the cresting waves as they fly by in their in-line formations. On the beach, these same creatures seem to almost stumble when trying to get to a piece of fresh fish thrown to them -- sea gulls always seem to get there first even when I try to toss more than one at a time or one after another.
