The Boring Things

Yes!  Still have to do those things -- vacuum the RV, vacuum the Jeep and chase out the little black ants (they're everywhere it seems).  Reorganized everything in the Jeep and dug deep to get all the sand from the past two beach stops out -- for now.  Golf clubs are just getting dusty but, their time will come when all the twinges in the back and hands have healed -- maybe by the time I get to Phoenix (again).  No rushing to squeeze things in before the weather gets bad like usual falls and winters of the past.  This is Freedom to choose.

Also, settled in and got all those 95 postcards organized in a new album with protective mylar -- both sides visible for anybody interested in getting a close look at them (Cunninghams, Russells, Burches and Rogers).  Put the letter from Henry Cunningham (in its envelope) into one of the two up pages and the newspaper article with the two hair clippings below it.  Put a color print of one postcard on the cover -- the last one as in the Chinese puzzle (THE SCHOOLMA'AM).  Get's me smiling. :)

Cooked two of the bluefish on the outdoor grille tonight (wrapped in foil with tomato slices, lemon juice and butter) while fries cooked in the convection oven at the same time.  Enjoyed a slice of a personal watermelon from the tropical fruit stand before having the fish -- drove Tiger and Molly crazy as the smell of the fish permeated the air inside the RV while I teased them with bits of the watermelon (not on their list of desired food it seems).  I did finally share the fish with them too.

Sunset was beautiful tonight as the clouds cleared.  Now for a glass of wine and more music -- Forrest Gump Soundtrack.  Cheers to all.
